For me it’s “jump around “ by House of Pain or “Fortunate Son”

Well said. I’ve had good luck with the exaggerated arm-swing hack. I do a few seconds of Olympic speed-skater arm swings, and suddenly my left arm, which is normally content to just hang there, starts swinging like the pre-PD days. Music helps too. For reasons I can’t explain, Fleetwood Mac’s “Tusk” seems to get my gait back on rhythm.
